Refund & Return Policy
At Fomoliya, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
To initiate a return, customers must email us at contact@fomoliya.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the product
2. Return Process
Once your request is approved:
- We may arrange a reverse pickup, OR
- Ask you to ship the product to our return address (shared via email)
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the product passes quality inspection
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval of the return request
Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders → Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded via bank transfer or UPI
Important:
Refunds will not be processed if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria after inspection.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
We do NOT accept returns if:
- Product is used or damaged by the customer
- Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong product was ordered by the customer
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of damaged/wrong product, we bear return shipping
Note:
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Fomoliya will not be responsible for failed delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
To cancel your order, email us at contact@fomoliya.com with your Order ID
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
