Refund & Return Policy

At Fomoliya, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, customers must email us at contact@fomoliya.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product

 

2. Return Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup, OR
  • Ask you to ship the product to our return address (shared via email)

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the product passes quality inspection
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval of the return request

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Important:
Refunds will not be processed if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria after inspection.

 

4. Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • Product is used or damaged by the customer
  • Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong product was ordered by the customer

 

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of damaged/wrong product, we bear return shipping

Note:
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Fomoliya will not be responsible for failed delivery.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

To cancel your order, email us at contact@fomoliya.com with your Order ID

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
