At Fomoliya, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner.

 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders across India

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details via email/SMS

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times
  • If the customer is unavailable or the delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details, the order may be returned to us

7. Delays

Fomoliya is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Natural events (weather, strikes, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • Fomoliya will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect information
